Warranty Policy – Limited Warranty for ZARP Products

Quality You Can Trust

Thank you for choosing ZARP products from Pyrotor Appliances LLP. This Limited Warranty outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding defects in materials and workmanship when the product is used in a normal home environment and not for commercial purposes.

Limited Warranty Coverage

  • ZARP warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal household use during the applicable warranty period for each product category, as specified on the product packaging or invoice/warranty card.
  • The warranty period starts from the original date of purchase as mentioned on a valid proof of purchase (invoice, bill, or tax receipt) and is applicable only to the original end customer and is not transferable.

What ZARP Will Do

  • Subject to verification and compliance with these terms, a defective product or part will be repaired or replaced (at ZARP’s sole discretion) free of charge for materials and workmanship during the warranty period; service, logistics, or visit charges may apply in some cases as per current service policy.
  • Replacement may be with a new or refurbished unit or equivalent model; replaced parts or products become the property of ZARP, and no new or extended warranty period is created beyond the original purchase warranty.

Warranty Service Modes (As per Marketplace Practice)

A. Service Centre Repair (Primary Mode)

  • Customer must contact ZARP Authorized Service Centre for diagnosis and repair.
  • Repair will be carried out free of cost for parts & labour if the defect is covered under warranty.
  • Transportation to the service centre, if applicable, shall be borne by the customer.

B. Replacement (Where Applicable)

  • Replacement may be offered only if repair is not technically feasible, subject to stock availability and internal approval.
  • Replacement decisions rest solely with ZARP, in line with marketplace norms.

Please Note: Proof of Purchase (Invoice) is mandatory for all warranty claims.

Conditions Where Warranty Is Not Applicable / Void

The Limited Warranty does not cover, and becomes void in, the following situations:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, improper storage, or use contrary to the user manual, safety instructions, or rating specifications.
  • Damage due to accidents, impact, dropping, transit damage after purchase, ingress of foreign objects or liquids, insects, rodents, corrosive environments, or any external factors beyond normal household use.
  • Defects or malfunctions resulting from power supply problems, voltage fluctuation, use of unsuitable accessories, modifications, unauthorised attachments, or operation outside recommended conditions.
  • Any repair, modification, tampering, or service carried out by persons or centres not authorised by ZARP; breaking of factory seal where applicable.
  • Serial number, rating label, or QR code on the unit or warranty card being altered, defaced, removed, or not matching each other.
  • Use of the product for commercial, institutional, or industrial purposes, including but not limited to exhibitions, trade fairs, rental, video libraries, theatres, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, canteens, or catering; such use immediately voids the household warranty.
  • Parts and items subject to normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes, such as front panels, cabinets, knobs, strings, control doors, lamps, fuses, motors, coatings, rubber parts, and all external accessories, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect identified at first installation/use.
