This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. ZARP
products are supplied and dispatched by Pyrotor Appliances LLP. Our goal is to ensure your
order reaches you quickly, safely, and without hassle.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable locations within India.
If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, our support team will
contact you to discuss alternative options or cancel and refund your order.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Once processed, your package is carefully packed and handed over to our trusted
courier partners.
Shipping methods & delivery time
We work with reputed and reliable courier services to ensure safe handling.
Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Remote or non-metro areas may require additional transit time.
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, courier delays, regulatory
checks, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total order weight, delivery PIN code, and
courier rates.
The exact shipping fee (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm
and pay for your order.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking ID and
courier details.
You can use this tracking ID on the courier partner’s tracking page to monitor your shipment
status in real time until delivery.
Shipping address accuracy
Please ensure your name, address, PIN code, and mobile number are complete and correct
at the time of placing the order.
ZARP/Pyrotor Appliances LLP will not be responsible for delayed deliveries, non-delivery, or
lost packages arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the
customer.
Delivery attempts & non-delivery
Courier partners usually make 1–3 delivery attempts; if you are unavailable, they may
contact you by phone or SMS.
If the order is returned to us due to repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to
accept the shipment, we may deduct two-way shipping charges before processing any
refund, where applicable.
Delivery issues (delay / damage / wrong item)
If your shipment is unduly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or you receive a
physically damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected or
actual delivery date.

damage), and a brief description of the issue; our team will coordinate with the courier and
resolve the problem promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
Undeliverable or restricted locations
In rare cases where a courier marks your location as non-serviceable or high-risk after order
placement, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
In such situations, you will be informed, and any payment received will be refunded to your
original payment method within a reasonable processing time.
