Refund Policy – Hassle-Free Returns & Refunds

We are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and satisfactory shopping experience for all our
customers.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided so you can shop with confidence.
This policy is framed in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (ECommerce)
Rules, 2020, Government of India.
Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be initiated subject to the following conditions:
 The product must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original condition
 All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be intact
 The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery
 The product must pass quality inspection upon return
Refunds are processed only after physical verification at our facility.
Refund process

2. Return authorization
 Our team will verify your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA)
number along with return instructions and the return address.
3. Return shipment
 Customers are responsible for the courier/transport charges for sending the product
back to us, unless the return is due to a wrong item shipped or confirmed
manufacturing defect.
 Pack the product securely to prevent transit damage; items damaged in return
transit due to poor packing may not qualify for a refund.
4. Inspection of returned product
 Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it to verify its
condition, packaging, and eligibility as per this policy.
 The approval or rejection of your refund will be communicated to you by email or
phone.
5. Refund issuance
 If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original mode of payment (or as
store credit, if you prefer) within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
 Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment
gateway.
Non-refundable items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
 Personalized, custom-made, or specially configured products.
 Products that are used, installed, damaged, altered, or not in their original condition and
packaging.
 Products returned without all original accessories, manuals, freebies, or invoice.
 Items returned after the stipulated refund window.
 Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, power issues, or non-compliance with
the user manual.
Return, replacement & damage conditions
To process any claim for damage, missing parts, or wrong product:
 A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory from the moment you receive and open
the outer package until the product is fully checked.
 The video must clearly show: shipping label, sealed condition of the package, product taken
out of the box, all accessories, and the exact issue (damage/missing/wrong item).
 Only valid, unedited unboxing videos will be accepted for damage, missing parts, or wrong
item claims, and approval will be subject to verification and terms and conditions.
 Physical damage reported without an unboxing video or reported after installation/usage
may not be accepted for refund or replacement.
Wrong, defective or DOA (dead on arrival) products
 If you receive a wrong product or a product that is non-functional on arrival (DOA), contact
us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details, photos, and unboxing video.
 After verification, we may offer one of the following, at our discretion: replacement of the
product, repair support through service partners (if applicable), or a refund.
Exchange or replacement
 Replacement is subject to stock availability for the same model.
 If replacement is not possible, you may opt for a refund as per eligibility or choose another
product by paying/receiving the price difference, as applicable.
